AS A NEW MEMBER OF
PHI SIGMA SIGMA, YOU WILL...

During the new member process, the sister development chair holds weekly meetings with the new member class to talk about the history of Phi Sigma Sigma and the values of our sisterhood. Our sisterhood development chair works as a liaison between the new members and the rest of the chapter. However, they are quickly emerged into what it means to be a Phi Sigma Sigma through bonding events, sisterhood retreats and philanthropic events. It is during these events, no matter how big, or how small, that the best memories are made, and you meet your best friends that will be there beyond your four years at Rutgers. We laugh until we cry together and doing absolutely nothing together is always still so much fun.
